Sea, Earth, Air and Cyberspace – insuring and assuring the future

O XX Encontro Internacional de Resseguros decorrerá nos dias 28 e 29 de maio de 2026, no Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness. Sob o mote “Proteger Mar, Terra, Ar e Ciberespaço - Juntos”, esta edição irá refletir sobre o papel do setor segurador num contexto de mudança acelerada, marcado por imprevisibilidade e instabilidade, que afetam o sentimento de (in)segurança de famílias e empresas.

The XX International Reinsurance Meeting will take place on May 28 and 29, 2026, at Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness. Under the theme “Sea, Earth, Air and Cyberspace – insuring and assuring the future”, this edition will reflect on the role of the insurance sector in a context of accelerated change, in which unpredictability and instability prevail, affecting the feeling of (in)security among families and companies.

O programa contempla vários painéis de debate, distribuídos ao longo de duas manhãs de trabalho, cada um dedicado a um dos quatro elementos do mote central. Haverá ainda espaço para uma reflexão sobre como assegurar a longevidade e reforçar a perspetiva de futuro do setor.

The program will feature several debate panels, spread over two mornings of work, each dedicated to one of the four elements of the central theme. There will also be time to reflect on how to ensure longevity and strengthen the sector’s long-term outlook.

O Encontro Internacional de Resseguros é a conferência que, desde o início da década de 1980, reúne em Portugal os principais resseguradores de todo o mundo. Ao longo das suas edições, o evento tem contado com a participação de personalidades de referência, reconhecidas pelas suas experiências, competências consolidadas e perfis diferenciados.

The International Reinsurance Meeting is the conference that, since the early 1980s, brings to Portugal reinsurers from all over the world and distinguished individualities who stand out for their consolidated experience and skills and differentiated profiles.
